ConSol Partners provide staffing solutions in niche market areas for large scale hiring needs. They work with Fortune 500 companies, established leaders in their fields and start up ventures in technology domains of communications, content and development.
As part of a significant expansion plan, their challenge was to solidify their leadership structure and personnel, and to further drive the organisation’s sales and new business acquisition strategies to allow for growth.
Following a series of meetings and a full scale analysis of the current people, processes and procedures, we designed and facilitated a tailored programme of training and development, which incorporated the implementation of a number of new strategies and tools to support these new initiatives.
This programme was supported by the implementation of a Talent Hub™ within the business, housing training content as well as acting as an intranet. The Talent Hub™ allows ConSol to maintain control of the centralised training schemes whilst expanding their business and increasing headcount.
The feedback from ConSol Partners’ employees has been very positive at all levels of the business, and they are confidently prepared in their structure and strategies to deliver a period of growth for the business, assisted by a programme of continual input and support from us.
The Talent Hub™ continues to support the needs of their employees as well as supporting their continued growth and talent development.
What they said…
“They are a top level business consultancy and training organisation in the sales and recruitment fields.
They have delivered sales and management training for our teams and each time we are impressed. They are sharp, credible, direct, fun and most importantly effective.
We believe a key element of a training organisation is to provide a long term impact to our business. They do this by acting as a true partner, offering value add services and being open to follow ups.
We have already agreed to use them again.”
